12 weeks from your Onboarding Call, whether you pay in full or on the payment plan. Your onboarding is booked once your first payment is taken.
Your Onboarding Call is booked as soon as your first payment is taken, and your 12 weeks run exactly the same as if you'd paid in full. The payment plan only changes how you pay, not when your build starts or how much support you get.
