1. Who we are

This website, aiwithshika.com, and the products and services on it are provided by Naa Amanshia Shika, a sole trader trading as Digital Income with Shika, 6 Engine Close, Hoo, Rochester, ME3 9UX, United Kingdom. Email: hello@aiwithshika.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "me" mean Digital Income with Shika, and "you" means the person using the website or buying from us.

By placing an order, booking a call or using our products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use them. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. What we offer

• Free tools and training, such as the AI Niche Finder, guides and webinars.
• Digital products, such as workshop replays, templates, toolkits and prompt systems.
• Programmes and services, such as group programmes, coaching and one-to-one calls.

Descriptions, contents and prices are shown on the relevant sales or checkout page. We may update or improve a product over time.

3. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown at checkout in pounds sterling (£) or US dollars ($). Where VAT or other tax applies, it is added at checkout.
• Payments are taken by third-party providers (currently Stripe and PayPal) through our checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Your order is accepted when you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment or we cannot supply the product.
• If you pay by instalments, you agree to pay each instalment on its due date. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is paid.

4. Delivery and access

• Digital products and programme materials are delivered online, by download, by a link in your confirmation email or through a members' area. Access is normally given immediately after payment.
• You are responsible for giving us a correct email address and for having the equipment and internet connection needed to use the product.
• Unless the product page says otherwise, access to a product lasts for as long as we continue to offer it, and in any case for at least 12 months from purchase. If we decide to stop offering a product, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to download or keep what you have paid for.
• If you have not received your access within 24 hours of payment, check your spam folder and then contact us.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Our Refund Policy sets out which purchases are refundable and which are final sales. In short, lower-priced instant-access digital products are final sales and higher-priced offers (over £100) have a 14-day refund window. Please read the Refund Policy before you buy.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of England and Wales. In particular, digital content and services must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, and we must provide services with reasonable care and skill. If something you buy is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, whatever our Refund Policy says.

7. The free AI Niche Finder and AI-generated content

• The AI Niche Finder uses artificial intelligence to turn the answers you give into suggestions for a niche, an ideal client and digital product ideas with suggested price ranges.
• These suggestions are starting points for you to test. They are generated by AI, are not market research, and are not business, financial or legal advice. AI can make mistakes. Please check any idea or price against real customers and the market before you build or spend money.
• Please do not enter confidential information, other people's personal data, or anything you would not want processed by the AI service providers described in our Privacy Policy.
• The tool is provided free, "as is", and we may change, limit or withdraw it at any time.

8. Results and income

I share my own experience and the methods I use and teach, and I show examples of income from my own business and from clients. These are examples only. Results are not typical and are not guaranteed. What you earn depends on many things we do not control, including your effort, skills, audience, market, timing and choices. Buying a product or programme does not guarantee any income, sales or business outcome. Our content is for education and information and is not professional financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

9. Calls, coaching and live sessions

• Booking. Calls and sessions are booked through our online booking page. You are responsible for being available at the booked time and for having a working link, device and internet connection.
• Rescheduling. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to move a booked call. We will offer one reschedule where you give notice in time.
• Missed calls. If you do not attend or give less than 24 hours' notice, the session may be treated as used. If I have to cancel, I will offer you another time or, if that is not possible, a refund for the session.
• Recording. Some webinars, calls and group sessions may be recorded for training, delivery and replays. We will tell you at the start of any recording. If you do not want to be recorded, tell us and we will not record you where that is practical.
• Advice. Calls and coaching are for guidance and education. Decisions about your business remain yours.

10. Community and group spaces

If your purchase includes access to a community, group chat or WhatsApp group, please treat other members respectfully, keep what others share private, and do not post spam, unlawful material or unsolicited promotions. We may remove content or members who break these rules.

11. Intellectual property and licence

All content, including videos, guides, prompts, templates, text, graphics, software and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your own business. You must not copy, resell, share, publish, redistribute or give others access to our products or your login, and you must not use our content to create a competing product or training. Where a product comes with templates for you to adapt for your own customers, the product page will say so.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or tools, for example by attempting to break or overload them, bypass security, scrape content, use them unlawfully, or send content through them that is harmful or infringes anyone's rights.

13. Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms (for example by sharing your access or abusing other members), or if payment has not been made. Except where it is not appropriate (for example, for fraud or abuse), we will tell you why and give you a chance to put things right first. If we end your access to a paid product because of something other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.

14. Third-party tools and links

Our products may refer to or link to third-party software and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we use or believe in.

15. Our responsibility to you

• We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
• We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for loss of profit or business opportunity where you buy for business purposes, or for problems caused by third-party services, your equipment, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
• Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any one product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. Changes will not reduce your rights under a purchase you have already made. The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated.

17. Complaints

If you are unhappy, please email hello@aiwithshika.com and tell us what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to put things right fairly.

18. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you keep any rights you have to bring a claim in your local courts. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, and you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
