This policy explains how I collect, use and protect your personal information when you use aiwithshika.com, the AI Niche Finder, my free trainings, my products and my emails.

1. Who I am

I am Naa Amanshia Shika, a sole trader trading as Digital Income with Shika. I am the data controller for the information described in this policy.

2. What information I collect

  • When you sign up for something free: your first name and email address, and a record that you agreed to receive emails from me.
  • When you use the AI Niche Finder: the answers you type in (your first name, experience, passions, strengths, values, proud moments and what you want to be known for). Please avoid including sensitive details, such as health information, in your answers.
  • When you buy from me: your name, email address, billing details and purchase history. Card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. I do not see or store your full card details.
  • When you book or attend a call, webinar or training: your name, email address, the answers you give on booking forms, and attendance information through Zoom.
  • When you contact me by email, direct message or WhatsApp: the details you send me.
  • When you visit my website: technical information such as your browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies (see section 8).

3. Why I use your information, and my legal basis

  • To give you what you ask for (the free AI Niche Finder, a training replay, or a product you buy): this is necessary to provide the service you requested.
  • To send you emails about my free resources, trainings and offers: I do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on my sign-up forms. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • To process payments and keep records: to carry out the contract with you and to meet my legal and tax obligations.
  • To improve my website, products and emails, and keep them secure: this is in my legitimate interests, as long as it does not override your rights.
  • To use optional analytics or advertising cookies: only with your consent.

4. How the AI Niche Finder uses your answers

When you complete the AI Niche Finder, your answers are sent securely through my website host (Netlify) to an artificial intelligence provider, Anthropic, which generates your results. The suggestions it gives are ideas for you to consider. No decisions with legal or similar effects are made about you.

I do not store your answers. Your results appear on your screen, and if you download the PDF it is saved on your own device. Anthropic handles the information under its own terms and privacy policy, available at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

5. Who I share your information with

I do not sell your personal information. I use trusted companies to help run my business, and they only process your information to provide their services to me:

  • Systeme.io for my website pages, sign-up forms, email and sales funnels
  • Stripe and PayPal for payments
  • Zoom for webinars and calls
  • Netlify to host the AI Niche Finder
  • Anthropic to generate your AI Niche Finder results

I may also share information where I am required to by law, or with professional advisers such as an accountant.

6. Transfers outside the UK

Some of the companies above process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, I rely on safeguards that protect your information, such as the UK's approved data transfer arrangements or standard contractual clauses.

7. How long I keep your information

  • Email list details: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them.
  • Purchase and payment records: for six years, as required for tax and accounting.
  • AI Niche Finder answers: not stored.
  • Other information: only for as long as it is needed for the purpose I collected it for.

8. Cookies

My website uses essential cookies that make the pages work. I will only use analytics or advertising cookies, including advertising pixels, if you accept them through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the banner or your browser settings.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information I hold about you
  • ask me to correct information that is wrong
  • ask me to delete your information
  • ask me to restrict or stop using your information
  • ask for your information in a portable format
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where I rely on it

To use any of these rights, email hello@aiwithshika.com. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I would also welcome the chance to put things right directly.

10. Children

My products and website are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, I will let you know by email.
